RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item of your order.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned — whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We cover return shipping costs within Germany.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
